For a couple of years now the crew at Youth Street have been praying for and raising money for ministries in Thailand and praying into injustice issues there. This year we felt the time was right to give them opportunity to go.
So on the 26th June we set off on a 18 day outreach to Thailand with 13 teenagers (aged 14-17) and 7 staff. We will be doing ministry in Bangkok, Pattaya, Chang Mai and Chang Rai.
We are visiting as many different types of ministries as possible. So we are madly collecting, soap and nail clippers for hygiene training in the slums. Bandages, dressings and antiseptic for wound care ministry also in slums. We are believing God for donated guitars to take to the teen orphanage in Chang Rai and also collecting school supplies and sports equipment to take over to other orphanages.
